Gloucester Records 14 Property Transfers as Most Sale Prices Await Registry Update
Gloucester's registry recorded 14 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only four carried a sale price so far, ranging from $103,855 to $859,000 with a median of $590,000. The period's top recorded sale was 13 Riverside Rd at $859,000, sold by Barbara J. Ouimette to Kristen Spadafora. Notably, an estate representative transferred three properties on Elwell Street and Parker Court to a single LLC buyer on the same day, and five other transfers moved property within the same family or into a personal trust. With 10 of 14 transfers still awaiting a recorded price, the period's full price picture remains incomplete.
