Gloucester Sales Span $425,000 to $1.24 Million as Most September Prices Await Recording
Gloucester recorded 13 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only four had posted sale prices as of this report, ranging from $425,000 to $1,240,000 with a median of $725,000. The period's top sale was 6 Pew Ave at $1,240,000, sold by Chad M. Konecky, trustee, to Molly M. Anderson. At least seven of the 13 deeds show a grantor and grantee sharing a surname, several moving title into a trust, a pattern that may explain some of the pending prices. With most of this period's figures still unrecorded, the overall price picture for Gloucester remains incomplete.
