Gloucester August Home Sales Range From $305,000 To $1.65 Million
Gloucester recorded 14 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, with nine of them disclosing a sale price. Those prices ranged from $305,000 to $1,650,000, with a median of $549,000. The month's top sale was 31 Dennison St at $1,650,000, sold by Paul P. Regensburg to the Christina N. Massey Living Trust. Five of the 14 filings, over a third, involved a property moving from an individual owner into a trust under that same person's name, with no price disclosed in four of those five cases. Ships Bell Road and East Main Street each saw two separate transfers during the period.
