Gloucester Home Sales Top Out at $1.13 Million Amid Wave of Family Trust Transfers
Gloucester recorded 13 property transfers over the past month, though only four carried a posted sale price as of this report, ranging from $279,000 to $1,130,000 with a $730,000 median among those. The month's top sale was 23 Mount Vernon St. at $1,130,000, sold by Sater Family Realty Trust to 64 Friend LLC. Seven of the 13 deeds involved the same individual or family transferring property to themselves or a trust, and four buyers were LLCs or corporations. With most prices still unposted, a fuller picture of the month's values awaits additional registry data.
