Gloucester recorded 14 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, with six recorded prices ranging from $297,000 to $3,200,000 and a median of $555,000. The period's top sale was 35 Shore Rd at $3,200,000, sold from Isaac Randall D Tr to Barenboim Koren E Tr. Eight of the 14 transfers had no price recorded yet, and seven of the 14, half the total, involved a seller and buyer with matching or related names, suggesting a substantial share of activity tied to trust and family transfers rather than open-market sales.
