The period's most notable pattern was not price but structure -- 10 of the 13 recorded deeds involved a family trust as buyer or seller, and none of those trust transfers disclosed consideration. Western Avenue was the only street with more than one recorded transfer. With price data limited to two of 13 deeds, the records offer only a partial view of market conditions this period.
