Planning Board OKs Jebica Lane Lot Split
Planning Board · Meeting of September 17, 2026
Gloucester Planning Board approves three-lot consolidation off Jebica Lane into two parcels. The board voted 4-0, with Member Beverly Bookin abstaining, to endorse an approval-not-required plan filed by trustees Deborah C. Holland and Nicholas Holland and by Lanes Creek LLC for 9 Lawrence Court and 11/11R Jebica Lane.
The plan creates a roughly 5.7-acre house lot and a roughly 16.9-acre second parcel from land the family bought in 2005 and 2020. Planning Director Greg Katamatori told the board a separate public hearing on the night's agenda was "pushed to the October 1st meeting" after a noticing error, with that session set to return to in-person format at City Hall. Members also approved the board's September 3 minutes unanimously, 5-0.
