Gloucester deed prices span $549,000 to $1.5 million as 14 properties change hands
Gloucester recorded 14 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, with seven deeds disclosing sale prices ranging from $549,000 to $1.5 million and a median of $705,000. The period's top sale was 25 & 26 Horton Ave., which sold for $1.5 million on Aug. 17. Four of the 14 transactions were condominium units, and four others involved matching grantor and grantee surnames, consistent with transfers into or out of family trusts. Three sales listed LLC buyers, and two listed estate representatives as sellers. Seven of the 14 deeds, nearly half, did not disclose a sale price.
